Canada CanadaFirst time purchasing. Was looking for a chocolate truffle cake. I decided to purchase because of previous reviews and also because of the ingredients used. The experience has been very positive, great customer service. The cake remains true to the ingredients. not hiding behind sugar. The cake is very well executed, even layering, very good consistency, well mixed mouse, just the right amount of sugar to make this a great desert after a good steak au poivre, recommend wines that pair good chocolate, such as cabs or zinfandel. I enjoyed it after staying at room temperature for 30-40 minutes. Look forward to trying other deserts.
