CanadaThe process was easy. The delivery person had very good communication and delivered the cake within the provided timeframe. Overall great service. Black Forest cake is never my favourite, but my husband loves it, so I got this for his birthday. He said it was very good...he described it as better than store bought, but not as good as a local bakery. The cake itself is probably a bit overpriced, but it was worth it to have it delivered right to my door.

The delivery person phoned me a few times to confirm time/directions, and it's so much simpler to just speak to a person live! I wish the cakes came in smaller sizes, as it was just us two celebrating a birthday in our isolated household...but there's no better way to get a delicious cake during a quarantine (and after!).
